Back to School Reminder from the NPD

The Nashua Police Department would like to take this time to remind the public that students return to public schools in Nashua beginning Monday, August 26, 2019.  With the start of the school year comes an increase in motor vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic.  We urge everyone to slow down and minimize your distractions while driving.  Extra care should be taken near bus stops and parents should be mindful of fire lanes during school drop-off and pick-up.  We encourage parents of children who walk to school to speak with them about using sidewalks, crosswalks, and watching for traffic.

The men and women at the Nashua Police Department wish everyone a safe new school year.
